By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the AeroClean website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase any products. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Orders are processed through our secure Shopify checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment information.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Standard orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your package is handed to the carrier, AeroClean is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or losses caused by the shipping provider. For orders marked "delivered" by the carrier but reported as stolen or missing, the customer must file an official police report and provide a copy to our support team before any replacement or refund can be considered. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and is in resalable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
5. Product Warranty & Support Claims
AeroClean Pro includes a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the care instructions. To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact support with a detailed description of the issue and provide clear video or photographic evidence showing the defect and the product serial number. We reserve the right to request additional proof, including a short demonstration video of the vacuum operating (or failing to operate), before approving a replacement, repair, or refund. All decisions on warranty claims are final and made at AeroClean's sole discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability & Waiver
AeroClean and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to lost profits, personal injury, or property damage, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. By purchasing and using AeroClean Pro, you acknowledge that the product is intended for light household and automotive cleaning only and is not designed for industrial, commercial, or hazardous-material use. You assume all responsibility for safe operation and agree to keep the device away from water, flammable liquids, and unsupervised children.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of AeroClean or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
